susraiders Posted June 30, 2013 Share Posted June 30, 2013 I would have assumed that he would have left to go to Philly. Then Bryzgalov would go back to Pheonix. It makes sense for both players. Smith could be the number one goalie on a team that is most likely going to go farther than Pheonix (my opinion) and Bryzgalov gets to play in a no stress market.
