It gives such people a weird sense of importance & control/power, (perhaps?). Therefore, it may be best to be polite & pleasant(unaffected) should you see him, & forgo/ opt out of any offer he may ever serve up(even tea with the freekin'Queen); road hockey with Trevor Linden..whatever.
