Edler's Mind Tricks Posted February 27, 2014 Share Posted February 27, 2014 Kesler and Edler for Hodgson, Ehrhoff and a first! Seriously, I do think it would be good to trade Kesler right now. He is probably at the peak of his value (or was, before this). He isn't that old, but he has some serious mileage on his body. Giant Inflatable Beaver Posted February 27, 2014 Share Posted February 27, 2014 As one of the few players on the team that still has a TON of value and still relatively in his prime, I honestly wouldn't mind us trading kes for a good return of young players/picks. It would suck to see him go for sure, but it may be whats best for this orgnization. I'm just curious as to why Kes wants out? Is it simply an issue of wanting to win a cup? He seemed very happy in Vancouver. Remember when he was injured last season, he was doing stuff around the community all the time. The guy was slinging coffee at Timmys for gods sake.
