Jiggs50
Buehrle, Stroman, Sanchez, Dickey, Morrow, Hutchinson. Jays should be stacked next year. This year depends on health.

RUPERTKBD
The curse of Yankee stadium strikes again. The one time the Jays are able to score some runs there, their best starter can't get anyone out. Ichiro, of all people with the dagger...
ShakyWalton
Its not just the pitching,,,their hitting sux as well,, Tolleson, Rasmus and Goins kill any hope with the bases loaded...hopeless lineup. I used to be a Rasmus fan but lately I think he is horrible..all he does is strike out..
RUPERTKBD
It was nice to finally get a win in the Bronx yesterday, but kind of disconcerting the way it happened. Three terrible at bats with 2nd and 3rd and no outs. Somehow we only come up with one run and were lucky to get even that... I know it's weak to blame injuries, but the lack of right handed batters is really hurting the Jays right now. Johnson came through in the 9th, but up until that moment, managers knew that loading up with lefties was the key to winning a series against the Jays. 4 lefties in a row at the bottom of the order.... Can't really fault Gibby for that, but maybe AA should be looking for a right handed bat, or maybe they should let Pillar out of the doghouse. RUPERTKBD
Jays win a tight one today, thanks to a clutch hit by Navarro after a steal of 2nd by Joey Bats. Sanchez gets the W, but gives up the tying run in the 8th. Jays take 2 or 3 at Yankee stadium for their first series win in the Bronx since 2012. Now hoping the M's can knock off the O's, to put us within 2 games. Next up: a trip to Fenway. Edited July 27, 2014 by RUPERTKBD
Herpaderp
A trade! http://www.thescore.com/mlb/news/545014 To KC Royals: P Liam Hendriks and C Erik Kratz To TOR Blue Jays: 3B Danny Valencia
schlaBAM
Great trade. Two useless players for a right hander that can also play 2B, and bat against leftys without a problem. Melky had a solid two run jack in the first today too! 2-0 top 2 against Boston.
g_bassi13
I love the promise that Valencia showed early on, but he's a total project at this point. All things considered though, it's not like we actually gave up anything, so why not, lol. I like the trade.
Jiggs50
Can't really lose that trade. Apparently the Jays have tabled an offer for Cole Hamels...

No_More_Larchide
Hamels would be great... But for the current... 13-0... payback for last week.
Tearloch7
I am optimistic that as Adam, Edwin and Brent return, this team is going to tear up the East in August .. one more top-3 starter and we will be set .. we are hanging in there with questionably 3 of our top 5 hitters on IR
schlaBAM
14-1 blowout, as long as it isn't a repeat of what happened with them last series this is a good sign with key players coming back just around the corner!
ShakyWalton
It looked like Reyes might have hurt his shoulder,,I hope he isnt going on the DL just when some of the others are coming back.

WeddingCrashers
Need one more starter! Just don't trade stroman sanchez or hoffman to get him. I like the trade to platoon with Lind or Francisco. When brett lawrie is back I think kawa is benched. Francisco and Valencia probably share the time on third.
Herpaderp
Hope not. He's my favourite Jay. I wouldn't have bought his t-shirt otherwise, lol. I know his averages arent that great, but the fact that he brings energy to the team is nice.
ShakyWalton
I know his averages arent that great, but the fact that he brings energy to the team is nice. actually Muni is hitting almost 300...he wont get you any dingers but he has been getting timely hits and his fielding has been awesome..they will have some moves to make...Goins, Riemold, Johnson , Tolleson and Muni are on the bubble it seems, with the arrival of Valencia they will only be keeping 2 of them....maybe part of a package for Hamels?
