S N Y P E R S 7
You must be the only one left that figures the Canucks are going to tank for Mceichel. Bettman is never going to give the Canucks a generational tallent, any other Canadian won't get them either. They are reserved for the US markets only. That's a sad outlook on our chances... but yeah you're right. They'll probably end up giving the pick to Pittsburgh.
S N Y P E R S 7
Updated Forward Rankings are up as an edit to my original thread-starting comment on Page 1. Don't hit me because I have Eichel #1 FW. Don't judge me. I was born in Vancouver but I was raised in the States; I have a natural draw to the states. Honestly #1 belongs to either Eichel or McDavid, and I slide towards Eichel. #1 is yours to choose.
DownUndaCanuck
If Buffalo have something like 3 picks in the first round, we should try and pry one of them at least. Markstroms in a tough situation right now so we could throw him away for one plus someone like Grenier for a top 10 pick, that should work considering Schneider once only got us the 9th in a fleecing. With the say 8th overall we draft Roy, Strome or Zacha Then find a skilled winger with our pick likely to be in the 20s, or preferably a defenceman. Virtanen - Strome - Jensen Shinkaruk - Horvat - Vey McCann - Bonino - UFA Sedin - Sedin - Kassian Would not mind going into the playoffs with that lineup in 3-5 years time. Each pick in the 2015 draft is hard fought for and extremely valuable. If we're going to be trading anything for another 1st round pick this year it'll have to include these pieces: A Young NHL Roster Player or an older Proven NHL Top-6 A first round pick in a future draft Another pick in this year's draft; later-round A prospect of the pick-dealer's choice

S N Y P E R S 7
Mitchell Stephens isn't on my list - gotta add him. He's one hell of a sniper, not unlike Colin White. If only he'd been drafted to a better OHL team... eh, but excuses. Look this guy up. Mitchell Stephens.
StarGirl
Think it's really early for this, but of course, keeping the watch out is not a bad idea...I think BC boys are always nice to watch due to the different passion they have to play for the city. Yeah, Ryan Gropp would be a great pick if it weren't for his attitude problem :/
Canucks Curse
I bet we trade a goalie at the draft - prob Lack. What would we have to add to Lack to get a pick 7-10 territory? Lack + our first + Hansen/Corrado/Andersson? What do you think? Zacha, strome could be available. If love a block buster that brings us Myers and one of buffalo's extra first round picks
