That's like saying Shea Weber is the same as anyone who was picked in the 2nd round, or Dekeyser is the same as Tanev cause they were both undrafted. I would say there are very few top4 defencemen in the league with a similar playstyle to Tanev. it's tough to put your finger on him. Even when he looked good for us, people still doubted that he would be able to evolve into a "true" top4 since he's neither a shutdown defenseman or a two-way defenceman really.
