We would like to thank Boone for his years of service in Columbus. He was a consistent 40+ point player on our team bringing physicality on our 2nd line. However, with the emergence of PL Dubois, it pushed him down to our third line and we felt he deserved more ice time. We will also welcome Overton to our team where we hope he will develop into a top 6 player as well as Khoklachev who we feel will fill in Boone's spot admirably. With that being said, with Columbus being so far out of a playoff spot, we are officially sellers. We are looking to move our older players (Dubinsky, Bonino) as well as a few defensemen (Seth Jones, David Savard, Zack Werenski, Haydn Fleury) for help up front offensively.
