Funny, I recall the former mayor of Toronto claiming he didn't need to go out to eat, he had plenty at home. He also claimed he didn't associate with crack dealers or the like. You do have to be prepared for terrorist attacks. That is reality in this day and age, since (with the help of the west) Isis were founded. Telling people that it is time to be vigilant and to expect things to happen. It's no different than California communities warning daily to be prepared for the big one. For communities on the mississippi to be prepared for flooding or Floridians to be prepared for hurricanes.
