Rush17
Contract Termination: CBJ would like to terminate the contract of Trevor Murphy. I was just notified he signed a deal in the KHL. Very disappointing news I was hoping he would be a good depth option for us this year. Best of luck in the K Trevor. https://www.rotoworld.com/hockey/nhl/player/25996/trevor-murphy

RL.
Appreciate the league heads for operating a smooth operation once again for this Entry Draft (even though our announcement of the 1st Overall Pick was delayed without much communication - good thing I sent a list in with just our 1st pick just in case things went sideway ). Jack Hughes, Arthur Kaliyev, John Beecher, Jackson LaCombe, Marshall Warren, and Jayden Struble - welcome to the Vegas Golden Knights! 2

Brock Boeser, Josh Anderson and Maxime Comtois will all be excellent scoring additions, while Calvin de Haan leads a plethora of fantastic defensemen inbound. In addition, Detroit was very pleased to be able to bring in both Ryan and Matthew Strome to play alongside their brother Dylan - when Matthew is ready for the NHL, we will be immensely proud to ice the brothers together. We will now continue to pursue further trades, including offers already made for James van Riemsdyk, Jeff Skinner and Olli Maatta, and look forward to free agency.
arby18_
Habs Draft Results: 13th Pick: (traded in package to CGY for Bo Horvat, CGY selected Philip Broberg) 44th Pick: C Jamieson Rees 76th Pick: D Drew Helleson 90th Pick: D Nikita Okhotyuk 102nd Pick: C Karl Henriksson 123rd Pick: D Samuel Bolduc Pretty happy with our haul, especially since we sent in a list for the final 3 picks. We had each player ranked higher than where they went, some of them much so, and we felt that we addressed one of our organizational needs which is depth on the blueline. We're especially happy to get Jamieson and Drew in the slots that we did. Edited June 21, 2019 by _arby_18 1 1

Rush17
Columbus Blue Jackets are proud to welcome Brandon Saad and Dylan Cozens to the great state of Ohio! We are very pleased to be able to add such a quality forward in Brandon. Our goal is to build CBJ back into a contender. We feel confident with the additions we have made this off season we are playoff bound. Dylan is a phenomenal competitor and we are thrilled to be able to add him into the fold with the 6th Overall selection. We are confident Dylan is going to have a long prosperous GML career. Thank you to @Bombastik der Teutone @Primal Optimist for working with me to trade up. It was fun talking with you guys. Thanks also to @Oliver Thompson for allowing us to acquire Brandon Saad. We look forward to a fun off-season including the upcoming free agency. Have a great summer peeps! 2
Popular Post canuck2xtreme
What a grind last night was... Very impressed with our membership for sticking it out late into the night, and despite the later start and on a Thursday night, attendance was not an issue as some had feared it would be. Another successful draft! All pages should be updated with all picks. On a team note, very happy to have added two goaltending prospects in an area of need. 1 1 1

Feel like sh*t Saturday is the preferred day for sure, and next year an earlier start. Was only 6pm so people could get home from work for the 1st Round. Next season I'm thinking 3pm start. 1
