CDC Haxball League - Seriously Gonna Happen, Guys

Haxball is a geometric, physics-based multi-player soccer game. It can be played on https://www.haxball.com/

 

I am posting to see how much interest there is in creating a new CDC league. We have run a few in the past to some success and some disappointment. There would be a regular season and playoff structure and ultimately a Championship--one team realizing their dreams of haxball stardom, the others left crying on the pitch. I would like for this edition to be isolated only to CDC regulars rather than supplementing with players from other communities.

I'd like to get a bit of a community going here before working out all the logistics and particulars of how a league would run.

 

Ideally for me we'd start making a habit of playing over the weekends and try to build the league on weekend games at consistent hours- but I understand schedules might conflict and that people might prefer to use their Saturdays/Sundays for other things.

 

Thoughts? Opinions?
