However he has failed to impress during his rookie season. The value of the 1st round pick depends on where Nashville would be drafting and what value Vancouver's scouts attribute to that draft position. WIth Boeser on the pay roll, Nashville may have not be able to resign Mikael Granlund. Mikael Granlund may compete with Tyler Toffoli on the UFA market for a lucrative contract. Prediction: This deal is unlikely to happen unless Nashville's 1st round pick lands on the right spot in the eyes of the Canucks' scouts.
