They were going to go with DeLorean style suicide doors for the dressing room entrance - replacing the star trek style side sliding door - but that was cancelled because it was deemed racist.
The new door will move vertically but at an angle from top to bottom, like a cheese cutter - so when you get cut from the team you won't soon forget it.

It's called return on investment. Whether you build it or buy it it has cost you money and you want a return on that investment. Then in addition there are upkeep and upgrade costs. You haven't actually made a profit until you make your investment back. Then you're into profit. The whole idea of business is to maximize profit.
