Wahlstrom is established enough that he's a regular NHLer, so not a prospect.  Mayfield is clearly an established RHD.  Raty is the top tier prospect in the package.

Replace Raty with a first that can be flipped for a right shot defensively minded centre.

And that's why most GMs will probably shy away from a deal if it includes a 1st or it'll cost more from the Canucks side.

The 2023 draft is full of talent and teams are reluctant to move 1st rounders especially teams drafting in top 20..

? You guys want a good trade. So don't handcuffs yourselves by thinking for the other side. Horvat is not some subpar player, he is excellent value at age 27. Deal from a position of strength, demand that 2023 1st. A few teams should be in line bidding; sell to the highest bidder. Reproduce what the Duchene deal did for Colorado.
