    Zibanejad was a throw in in a trade to acquire Brassard. Brassard for zibanejad and a 2nd. Brassard had the value of a second on his own.

    The 4.4 is whatever. His next contract along with the trade compensation is what scares me. Hate to be that guy but I watch a lot of Detroit games because of where I live, this version of hronek is exactly who I thought were were getting. (Not alfs futer HOF dman that he made up in his hallucinogenic ridden brain) Which is why I hated the trade from the get go.

    Yeah I feel he's gone from average to bad since returning from injury. I'll withhold judgment until next year, but this is the player I thought we were getting. I wasn't a fan of this trade at all.

Nor will jiricek Nor will peeke Christiansen isn't really a glowing example of an NHL success story yet. My argument still stands. This bake in the AHL to develop system, is a made up dream anymore. It's no longer a typical stepping stone to NHL success.

    Okay.... In the last 10 years these are the top 4 dmen to spend more than 80 games with the admiral's. Klein Thats it lol. The AHL isn't used as a mandatory stepping stone like it once was. Livingstone would be silly to make his choice based on that.
