As zaibatsu pointed out, I think the fact that this person was in charge of four kids when he decided to join the riot is a major factor in jail time being appropriate.
Orland Kurtenbach and Dennis Kearns had just been torched 8-1 by the Habs, but they still took time to come out to meet us, some fellow BC boys who were playing hockey in Montreal. THAT"S what being a Canuck is!

Just saw on the news that he received 150 hours of community service as well. Jail time AND community service... well deserved.

Make his community service working at a dump separating recyclables from real garbage.

Something I think they should do with young offenders as a deterrent as well.
