Jägermeister
Winnipeg would want a lot more in return for their best forward, and one of their best forwards. Florida deal looks good, Florida may want a little bit more in return but its pretty even, would be a good deal for us.

Bure fan
Perhaps we could keep Booth and take out Wheeler? If they would do that instead. I have a feeling Booth will shine this year. I would like to hold onto him. CanucksFanMike
dont think we will get Kane, so take out Booth and Kane from the first deal and i would do it.
Blueberries
Quantity does not equal quality. Winnipeg is losing marquee guys in your proposal and having them replaced with draft picks and depth players. Booth is no slouch, but he's hardly a superstar they'd covet either. Zoolander
It would be a bad idea to trade Booth I think. He is a great power-forward who can create chances out of nothing. He struggled in the 7 games he played in Florida and another 10 or so while getting adjusted to Vancouver. He also missed almost a quarter of the Season due to injury and still put up 16 goals. That seems pretty good to me...if he wasn't injured, he was on pace for 23 goals so I don't know why people are complaining. The Florida deal looks good, but the WPG trade needs work. Hobble
Dear lord. Winnipeg would NEVER trade Wheeler AND Kane. Booth is average or slightly above, not enough to replace either of those players. Raymond is equivalent to a bag of pucks. Schroeder is decent, but probably won't be as good as Wheeler or Kane for a while if at all. The two 1sts mean very little considering they are most definitely 25th or later picks. And for this you want Winnipeg to trade our two best forwards?!? I have a counter, how about for the Sedin twins we trade you Antropov, Klingberg and two 2nd round picks?
Smashian Kassian
WPG would want that just for Kane, and I dont wanna give up Booth, basicly for the same reason everyone else is saying. And the FLA deal should be good without Rodin, maybe add someone else cause I still wanna see what this kid can do. Overall I still dont see anyway we will get Kane unless Kesler or Edler go the other way which isn't happening.

Hobble
More realistic with just the rights to Kane, but again, there is really nothing of substance going the other way to Winnipeg.

elvis15
Only depth player is Raymond, Schroeder was considered to be a top 10 pick in 2009 draft which had guys like Tavares,Hedman,Duchene,Evander Kane,Brayden Schenn,Kadri,Ekman Larsson Ryan Ellis etc. Also the top 30 picks in this years draft are considered to be A level prospects. And 2nd round you can get a B level prospect. Quality is there.
Pears
If thats all it took to get Kane sign me up! I'd do the Florida deal too.
