Hopefully the Aquilinis wake up out of their lawsuit induced stupor and realize that Mike Gillis has been wasting their time with one-sided, ill-researched trades and send his a$$ where it belongs....to the f^$*ing curb. Alain Vigneault was fired from Montreal for a reason! He is a simple, one-trick pony coach. While all the brain dead masses point to the PT and other useless trophies, the team is waiting for some real guidance. An actual voice that will call them to arms. If AV is still here in two weeks time. consider the window not only closed, but nailed and screwed shut. As far as players.............can you blame them? They have had to deal with rancid coaching and unskilled management. What are they to do with the menagerie before them? Please Canucks Nation.......Do not fret. We have little depth, have made poor trades, and the biggest mistake was NOT having a deal done for Luongo ready to go as soon as the lock out ended. He gambled, tried to be greedy and has gotten burned. Every night we have 4-5 million sitting on the bench and with Ballard sitting in the press box lately, another 4.5. If people are divided on Lu and Schnieder on this board, do you not think that debate goes on in the locker room? there is NO WAY, Lu should have been here to start the year. Injuries are not an excuse. Ottawa has it worse than us and they still win and play with passion. The ball is in your court Mike. This team is just having some horrible puck luck lately and it's hurting their confidence. You gotta think if they keep firing 36 shots a night on goaltenders, more than one is gonna go in.
