[Report] Pominville to be dealt?

Recommended Posts

No thanks to Ehrhoff and Hodgson

Pominville or Vanek would be absolutely amazing!

Definitely okay with giving up Guance or Kassian for one of them

If they are getting rid of miller:

Guance + Schneider for Vanek

Sedin - Sedin - Vanek

Higgins - Kesler - Burrows

Raymond - Shroeder - Hansen

Jensen - Lapierre - Kassian

Well, this just put Vanek up on the trading block. Yesterday Vanek said that he would have had no problem re-signing with the Sabres if they were going to only go through a 1-year semi-rebuild. Getting rid of our first line captain who is a sharpshooter in shootouts, pretty much screams at least 2-3 years partial rebuild. 5.3 Million is a lot for a winger but whichever teams have the cap room and the pieces to trade should call Regier fast and get a deal done. I was really really hoping that Darcy wasn't going to trade Pominville. This rebuild is not going to be fun to experience. It's difficult to swallow the fact that you'll never again see the players that you've loved to watch for almost a decade play in your team's jersey.
