Would be cool to own a team you played for.

Miss Korea Bob.Loblaw
Wow, they bought out Bathurst. That city's a ghost town. New ownership's not gonna change a thing unless they do the Gordie Howe thing and make appearances. The only time they could do that is September and the Olympic break, which Berge and Lu can't do because they gotta do training camp and probably represent Team Canada. I smell relocation. Quote me on this: They are going to move the franchise.

Ossi Vaananen
28 investors for in a 3m stake... Luongo could just buy that outright with a single paycheck.

hockeyville88
I love canadians supporting canadian teams. Agreed. It's a great way to help franchises thrive in small town markets. I don't like when Canadian players play their entire careers in the US and never look back to see how their junior teams are doing back home. Everybody Hates Raymond
Read the article dude!! Lou and Berg would be and are 2 of 3000 investors, not significant by any means
Miss Korea Bob.Loblaw
They played junior in Acadie-Bathurst, I have doubts that they would want to move them. I see it more as an attempt to bring some interest back to the team.
