Very much Bobby Ryan format esque. difference is we add a 38th draft pick for a better prospect Theodore>Noeson. and Kesler>Ryan btw. Also Silfverberg>Etem. With picks 8 and 9 i feel we will win the lottery. Something tells me that it wont be a bottom 5 team wining the lottery. Draft Sam Reinhart/Dal Colle. i prefer dal colle, i think he will be the best in this draft. draft kapanen at 9. The odds of one of the bottom 5 winning the draft lottery = 76.8% The odds of 8 or 9 winning the draft lottery = 6.3% Something tells me you will be wrong. With the 5-8th picks including Ottawa's I like us picking two extremely solid players for the future. I don't make the deal because Etem is from Cali. I beg Kesler to give Ohio a chance and get Boone Jenner and Foligno prob have t give Ohio Hansen too as well as Stanton. I make that deal. Maybe Kesler for Jenner and a 1st. As long as a certain somebody is in Ohio I don't think Kesler wants to be there. Also, why are people so percistant in trying to trade one of our key guys away? we have other players part of this core that I would rather see leave first. not in order - Edler, Garrison, and Burrows. Second, we hire mobsters from Chicago, or get some of Frank's Italian buddies as henchmen Third, we secretly infiltrate Colorado with the most gorgeous women we can find Fourth, set up Patrick Roy with one of these girls and threaten to expose unless he trades McKinnon for Schroeder Fifth, we set up Stamkos with one of these women, tell him we'll pay him $40m if he demands a trade Sixth, we pay the league to win us the draft lottery in 2015 after we make the playoffs and trade down to 14 Seventh, we win the Cup Gawd GM'ing is one easy gig. The way its worded it almost makes you seem like lets make this a proposal lets win the draft lotto lol. I'm just silly :D but ya be nice we have like a 6.2% atm i believe? That is if we stay tied with Carolina. Those are decent odds. Better then any lotto ticket or 50/50 u can come across. Lets hope for the best. thx for the article.
