  1. People have been sending me really thoughtful kind Christmas gifts.  I celebrate Christmas and Christmas Eve for religious reasons and only buy gifts for children under 18 like nieces.  Of course I thank them and tell them how kind and thoughtful they are, but I feel uncomfortable and bad because I did not get them anything.  Any recommendations, gift buy as well?

      What do you all think of gift cards? Are they considered good gifts?

      Depends who is the recipient and what's the context.  E.g. I frankly don't know what to get my parents but a department store gift card/ an electronics gift card for someone into tech would be great.  In the context of reciprocating unexpected gifts, GC's should be fine.  That being said, if it's your S.O. and you're planning to gift each other and she knows what you want/ what clothing item looks good on you/ what's meaningful and you bring a GC... IMO that might not look too good :ph34r:
