    Listening to the NHL radio on the way to work and Jonathan Davis said he talked to Jason Botterill (sorry if mis-spelled). Jason said that he was looking at moving a few key pieces, one of those players being - Sam Reinhart. Get it done JB!

    Would you buy a 15 year old 2 storey house with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths? lol found out that the lot we own can't take a 3 storey house without a septic pump for the basement. Parents wont consider building a 2 storey as it has 'no resale value' but I disagree. Whats your opinion? thanks

      Sounds pretty awesome. My real question: how many square feet would it be (approx)? :D (i dont know anything about resale value). Is it in a good location? Close to other places  (schools/stores, etc.)? How would it compare to other houses in the neighbourhood?

    Never get a student loan. Sure, sometimes is unavoidable. Sometimes people need to take one out, but if you don't have to then don't. Worst decision of my life.
