He's made lots of saves but he has looked shaky on a lot of them. Doesn't seem to have much confidence is what I am saying. Not that he's had a lot of help...
if I was the Flames coach I would be concerned that they only have one goal...
Bachman has not looked very good, very shaky and unsure of himself. But he's not a NHL goalie and coming off a torn Achilles to boot so all in all he hasn't been too bad.
Very happy to see Lucic in a Flames jersey! He looks so slow!!
Sadly this isn't the only thread becoming a troll breeding ground. Seems like the lack of sunshine lately is turning everything a nasty brown sludge on here. Let's pray for some sun so people quit being so nasty to each other on here....
No it is not. I watched a lot of Juolevi's games last season. By the time of his injury he was starting to dominate. His early season struggles were the result of his recovery from injury and his lack of playing time the previous year. He will start the year in Utica but will be a full time NHler (barring unforeseen injury of course) by the trade deadline...
I see a lot of people (not just yourself) are suggesting that LE gets sent to Utica but I don't see that happening. He'll get loaned to another AHL team perhaps but definitely not too Utica. He'd have too much negative influence on the prospects in Utica same idea as Gagner getting loaned to Toronto's AHL team....
I admit I fully expected when I started reading this to be angry by the end of it. And wow was I ever surprised! Hope this is a turning point for the way others view our team...
Thought this might be of interest. Hockey Buzz's Oilers blogger just released his early season preview of the Pacific division.

There was a quote earlier in the thread from Ferland who said that both himself and Tyler Myers were impressed with Travis Green and that he made the difference compared to other teams....
Very impressed that Ferland signed at that low cap hit especially with the modified no trade starting after the 2nd year and agreeing to be exposed in the expansion draft. Maybe he plans on playing so damn good that Vancouver won't want to expose him?!?
Kole seemed to be starting to figure it out at the end of the year, managed to see a couple of Utica's games towards the end of the season (just live feeds on tv not there in person) and I did notice his swagger was starting to re-appear
It definitely bodes well for Rathbone's future, he is a very under the radar prospect that even a lot of the so called experts forget about...I think he has a very bright future and a lot of people are going to be asking where this kid came from...
