Not defending new management cause I was not interested in another rookie GM. But, are you seriously mad over a Motte for a 4th.

@J-23 It's not that. It's the fact that we couldn't maximize our returns for a new future. We didn't shop Miller, which means we could risk losing him due to injury, or lowering his value if he starts to suck. This was the perfect time to drum up offers, and we did nothing because Miller was "heart and soul" for the Canucks, according to Boudreau/JR.

Although we have him for one more year, who knows what the value will be when other players come into the mix. That's just one massive example.

We didn't improve our team to the point that we could win a playoff spot. We certainly didn't accumulate picks for the future. What are we doing?

patience Dazzle. In all the uproar today, we actually made some small but good improvements. 

As far as blockbuster deals go, they were not there to be had this TDL. 

The management group didn't fire sale an asset just to make the mob happy, thats a good thing.
