    SAG-AFTRA actors strike - apparently one of the beefs I heard was that most of them are living pay cheque to pay cheque and only the top 1% are making money.  Umnnn, isn't that like the same as other industries?  I personally know maybe 2 or 3 people that are NOT living pay cheque to pay cheque.

      Given the poor quality of writing on a lot of movies and TV. Is it the low pay that attracts bad writers?

      I cut cable TV since 2019 and I don't miss it at all. (I just watch Sportsnet, and TSN at World Juniors.)

      I also haven't seen a film since Dunkirk, so 2017. I might go see Oppenheimer.

      For the most part I don't miss movies either. I even got rid of Netflix.

      Going to see Oppenheimer this weekend haven't been this hyped for a movie like that in a while.
