  1. Last overall should have 0% AT FIRST OVERALL PICK.This creates a race AWAY from the bottom.Give last 3rd overall pick.
  2. Some Reits I bought:Never owned Reits before. ZRE TNT FCD SGR BTB
  3. Eventually there won't be any accessible bitcoins.Every time someone's password is forgotten, every time a hard drive wallet is lost/fails,every time a person dies and no one knows they had bitcoin. And so on..These bitcoins are gone FOREVER.And there is a limited supply to boot...
  4. He was probably listening to Howard Stern on his Sirius satellite radio.
  5. Zero to 7 mil in 6 months...Pretty good,It took me 55 years to do that.
  6. Trump blames California for wildfires, tells state 'you gotta clean your floors' https://www.politico.com/states/california/story/2020/08/20/trump-blames-california-for-wildfires-tells-state-you-gotta-clean-your-floors-1311059 Back then, he pointed to Finland, claiming its leader said the European "forest nation" had "spent a lot of time on raking and cleaning and doing things. And they don’t have any problem.”
  7. I'm surprised there isn't a brake system on the cable on some towers to prevent the cars from crashing down.
  8. There is security, at the top and at the bottom. So ya, he is.
  9. I'm slightly worried about a drop in ACB.So I placed a sell on stop order today. If the price drops, I lock in my profits but if it goes up,That's good too.
  10. Bid vs ask... What do you think? When a stock like transalta (TA) shows 2 bid lots(buyers) and 100 ask lots(sellers),does that seem like a good indication not to buy? There seems to be a lot of sellers.I wonder if this information makes TA a good candidate to short sell.No idea.
  11. BRICKS ADS!!."Get this chair for $99",But first, overpay for the couch $1999.Oh and a FREE 40"T.V,Since when is anything free!Sheesh..I get tired of trying to decipher their ads and now I don't bother.Straight to the recycle bin!!!
  12. I'm kind of a fan of that strategy. I like a sale.Example: I bought into sunlife at $24 (It fell from over $50)It dropped to $20 I bought more, averaged down to $22.Sunlife dropped to $18 I bought some more I averaged down to $20.I said I'd buy more at $16 but when it hit $16 I didn't.Stupid me.Today, sunlife is over $50.I sold all the DRIPS off and have recouped all of my initial investment, while still holding the same amount of (bought)shares.
  13. Either way you are paying the commission. And either way you have to factor it into your costs.I like to have the commission added to my share price so I know I have to recoup that $$$...
  14. The cost of the transaction is added to the share price. If you bought 300 shares @1.44 and paid $9.95 for the transaction, your share price is $1.47
