    That’s a well coached team over there folks. Even though I like Green I still think AV was one of the best coaches we ever had.

    Because the next time sign a UFA, they will think to themselves “isn’t this the team that abused an NHL player that they had high hopes for?” I'm afraid it’s a no win situation but having him serving as a benchwarmer right now does no harm to this team beyond his cap, and we can’t get rid of that anyway. Even the savings for sending him down would be mostly eaten up by the cost of having to pull someone else up.

    Personally I prefer to have him sitting on the bench to sending him to Utica taking up space that could be used to audition another player. Sit him until such time as we have too many players coming back to afford to do so, then kiss his Swedish arse goodbye.

    I’m confused anyone would think Markstrom could have done anything more to give us a win than he did. He stood on his head and points of the game and we could easily have lost without him. Seemed like Ike a bizzare bone to pick with a player just coming back from some terrible crap. If if I could have given it a downvote, a booooo your opinion sucks vote or a seriously you must be joking I would have.

    Sounds like a culture of losing has set in amongst CDC. It’s truly embarrassing. Team is bad right now but it’s the same team that was dominating a month ago. They will get over it.
