    Will there be any Kyle Wellwood pot bellies on the ice? or do you think most players will be in decent shape come playoff time?

      Honestly, I'd be surprised if there wasn't a little more leniency than usual with that, but I could also imagine most players being in shape still.

      I think players are in better shape and they probably have exercise equipment at home. 

      Or do lots of jogging, cycling, roller blading. etc. 

      What might happen is it's a lot like preseason, the players will take a while to get used to the physical nature. 

      Endurance, pounding in the boards...

      @King Heffy I hear Phil has put on an extra 20 lbs... trouble is he didn't grow an extra 3 inches in height.
