Not sure what you people are complaining about. I saw a lot of effort from our guys but at the end of the day, the Wild are the better and more skilled team. But this game is very eye opening in that Myers and OEL cannot handle speedy forwards. Myers went back into the same "Chaos Giraffe" like he did in bubble. OEL's foot speed cannot keep up with fast forwards. The only saving grace from the D was that Schenn was very solid even facing against fast forwards and Hughes was amazing as always. When it came to the forwards, the thing I noticed the most was Boeser really cannot skate. The difference in speed comparing him to any forward in the Wild is vast.

It was pretty obvious the difference in skill level. Minnesota deserved the win

Yeah, I remember that day when he was talking to the media and him looking bulky. Probably the worse the decision ever in hindsight. He needs to get leaner again to get faster.

Yeah, I agree with your list where superstar and stars can be interchangeable sometimes. But Elite players remain elite based on their consistency and overall impact on the game and for their team.

Omg don't remind me. If Benning did nothing, we would probably be in the same exact spot we are in now which is out of the playoffs. But the silver lining is that we would be rid of bad contracts like Louie Erikkson and with a ton of cap space. But nooooooo, Aquaman wanted playoffs. So here we are, stuck with an even longer bad contract in Ekman-Larsson while the Coyotes GM can weaponize his cap space.

Ditto. I advocated for trading Boeser last year when he came off a pretty decent season. Now is not the time to be trading Boeser when his value is so low. Re-sign him for 3 years at 6 million and hope he bounces back in one of those seasons and trade him. And, trade MILLER!!!!
