Looking at save percentage for just the 2 games is not a good way of judging. Did you look at where the shots are taken? Mostly in front of the net which is where most NHL goals comes from. And how about secondary shots? Demko has more secondary shots against than Vasileksy So don't just take 2 numbers and run with it. Look at the whole dataset.

Your calculation is extremely flawed and bias. You literally said in 2018 that there is one sure fire NHLer (Hughes) but you counted all 6 in the final tally of "60" NHLers drafted by Benning. I counted 9 NHL players produced by Benning in a span of 8 years. So is Benning the draft whisperer that everyone preaches him to be about? No absolutely not. He basically averages 1 NHL / Draft based on your data. This is completely awful. Add to the mix of his botch signings and roster construction, Benning is up there with Mike Milbury for the Championship belt of Worse GM of ALL-TIME
