    Does anyone know where to collect packages from online purchases if they are stuck at Canada Post?  (I bought something awhile back and the vendor confirmed that they sent it to my house address but it hasn't arrived after a month, so wondering if it's worth it to go to the Post Office to try and pick it up).

      Start by phoning them, and it would help if you have a tracking number. If it came from Canada that would make the list of calls potentially shorter as out of country shipping can have several waystations.

      ^CPC customer service is HORRENDOUS and they never get back to you. Best bet is to go to the actual post office. Depending on how big/value of the package, physically picking up may be the only option. But even then, they would leave a notice slip at your mail box/front door. If all else fails, open a dispute for lost packages or maybe vendor is shady?
