I agree that my dismissal was valid. My questions may have ensured that the right advice was given in that case but it took my supervisor's time. It made me effective but not efficient.

My issue is that in a less busy section, without a supervisor constantly looking over my shoulder (figuratively), I would probably have gained more independence on the job and done better in the long run.

By barely training me (During training I was told what to do...

but not how to do it, I was set up to at least struggle, if not fail. I know other people who were hired at the same time as me, and had the same 'training' who were assigned to less busy sections. I bet they're still hired.
