      I'm a finance manager for a Ford store here on the Island.  Not sure whats causing you grief, but we as a store cater to our customers to make the process as easy as possible, including picking up customers from the Ferry to drive them to the store (35 min drive) as well as cover travel costs and negotiate final price and terms before they even get to our store.

      I agree, car shopping sucks. Buying a new/used automobile takes third in the all time pain in the ass list (kid stuff not included).
