In the past I've never really tried Olympic style lifts (squats, deadlifts, cleans, snatches, etc) and now that I've been trying them they are what I find the most fun to add into my routine. Lots of explosive power and full body work. So much to learn as well.
I'd like to drop roughly 10 pounds to achieve a nice strong lean body physique. Nutrition (cutting out bad foods) is always the most difficult part. Although meal wise I eat very healthy, it is the crap foods in between or afterwards that puts a damper on achieving really good results.
