Demko is still unproven and 3 playoff games is not going to change that. There are plenty of goalies available which drops his trade value. Teams are not obliged to use a young goalie. Even here you are giving the goalie spot to Markstrom although Pettersson and Hughes are in their early 20s. Other teams can just as well go with a more veteran goalie. There's going to be enough choice out there.
Detroit is apparently interested in Markstrom. He's a UFA. Ottawa wants a stop gap goalie - they feel they have solid goalie prospects in the pipeline. They've looked into Kuemper. The Sharks are going to want a proven goalie as their window is now with their core ageing. Demko also had poor numbers during the regular season.

Demko doesnt get you a top 10 pick. I feel like a lot of people have unrealistic expectations of goalie trades due to Schnieder. But that was a huge outlyer. No other goalie has gotten as much in a trade since. That was after him putting up two seasons of .930 goaltending. Demko looks promising, but is around .915.
Goalies just dont have trade value, with the volatility and the number available in free agency. If we trade him we maybe get a 2nd.
