hockeyville88
Do you guys think SFU will be closed tomorrow? Roads are looking pretty clear right now so as long as it doesn't snow more overnight I'm pretty sure they won't cancel another day of lectures - especially since finals are coming up soon
BuckyHermit
Posted this in the transit thread also, but all SFU routes (135, 143, 144, 145) have resumed service.
-Vintage Canuck-
Rain Luckily it stopped. I don't like that slush when it snows and rains. Why can't it be one or the other. Perhaps only snow..
NightHawkSniper
Snow plows haven't made it to where I live, couldn't even go to the gym today >.< What are you complaining about? shoveling snow is a great exercise.

G.K. Chesterton
I hope the snow resumes and classes are canceled. I went to school today and could have been heading home by noon but I had an appointment for three and that person had taken off by the time I came by so I waited around for nothing and was stranded. I began walking down the mountain with a friend but fortunately a kind soul offered us a ride to the foot of the mountain.

old_time_hockey
An abundance of caution? Almost reminded me of that Simpsons episode where Homer is driving around with a baby grand on the roof of the car with chains on.
Common sense
Facepalm to the idiot driving on a bare Steveston Highway with chains on. It's Richmond...
BuckyHermit
There's an intersection between Richmond Street and Surrey Street in New West. I'd LOL so hard if there was an accident there.
Canucks_fo_life
I have a feeling this thread will be in full use for the next few months, seeing as its supposed to be the worst winter in 55 years. These recent snowfalls have been a bonus
