Fair enough... seems a bit strange that comments regarding extreme alcohol use is ok though.....

Not all players - some have been signed, maybe some have been released, and more importantly, it isn't a list of everyone together...

As for my other question on Assistant GM's.... is anyone going to officially respond? Not that it's a big deal, but it would be fun to work with a friend and especially helpful for when we need to go on vacation.

Not that it really matters, if "OFFICIALLY" Assistant GM's aren't allowed, it's not like anyone is going to know if I ask for advice from other people...

Like they say, 2's company, 3's a crowd, 4's an orgy

Drinking is not illegal, provided you are of age. You can think it's strange, but that's how it is. EDIT: It's also against the board rules, and so I won't have it in this thread.

10. You will not discuss illegal activities.

There is no complete list of the 2010 Draft anymore.

And we do not allow assistant GMs.

I'm just a nineteen year old that likes to have fun, but I just want to say that I am really enjoying how this league is being run right now. Clearly we are all getting better at our jobs and a very fair trade was just made. Thanks to C2X, The Minister, and Lethunder for making this game run the way it runs and making it the best NHL replica on the internet.

Cheers Dudes

Bah, Lethunder has MAYBE one year left in him.... after that... well, I've already pillaged his cupboards so he's gonna be in trouble :)

Now... if someone would just be willing to trade me a #1 center for a back rub coupon and some home made confetti and he's #1 draft pick will be worthless :P

True about Hartnell.

The other factors I would put in that trade would be the length of his contract VS OELs. OELs rights will be retained longer and, if you consider the risk with UFAs, its always a gamble to trade youth. Also, even though Philly is a great playoff bet, something tells me that he may be the next to go after Carter and Richards.

I must say, OEL really, really impressed me at the All-star game last year. He was as smooth and cool as anyone in the shoot out competition. He and Karlsson are very poised young D-men. Sweden is going to be set in international play for 15 years with those two, Hedman and Larson.

As damoose said, it was a good trade for both. If you know OTTS's M.O., hide your good young d-men. He's coming after then.

It was very hard to let him go, he is going to be a stud. I'm banking on 2 more years before he becomes the 40-50 point dman and PP specialist we all know he will be. If that's the case I should be in pretty good shape. Steen you know your going to get 50-55 points and some PP points with a +/- around even. Folino is probably 2 years away from being a full-time NHLer. This isn't the kind of game that would be much fun to be in the basement all the time (then again, what game would?) so I'm willing to part with youth for the now.

I've been looking to add a goalie to my prospect pool and Lydman should adequately replace OEL in my D-core for now. Mayorov helped ease the loss of Folino and should see the NHL sooner.
