aGENT Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 Av, got results from naturopath yesterday... turns out one of the things I'm allergic to is cane sugar. Having a hell of a time finding any real granola (oats etc and not just a collection of seeds) not sweetened with it. Honey, coconut sugar etc are all fine...just not cane sugar. It can be sugar free as long as the sugar isn't substituted with aspartame etc. Any help or do I just have to make my own with my (abundant ) spare time? Hodor...I also need to reduce (though thankfully not completely eliminate) my coffee intake! Link to comment
