Mountain Dew
The Sedins and it's not even close. The Canucks won two divisions with Linden, and made it to the final as a seventh seed. With the Sedins, Canucks have won three divisions in a row and are on pace for a fourth one. Not to mention they made it to the final as a President's Trophy-winner. If I had to pick only one Sedin, it would be Henrik, and it would still not be close. It's funny how high people regard Linden. He never put up over 90 points, and he almost always went minus in the plus/minus department. Yet people claim he'd be THE guy to build the franchise around, like he's Wayne Gretzky. Bure, Naslund, Luongo and Daniel would all be players NHL managers would take over him.

Ghostsof1915
My dream version of events (One player won't do): Neely trade never happens. Canucks keep Neely and draft Joe Sakic (Our scouts finally pull one off). Pat Quinn swallows his pride, and re-signs Larionov. Our Team in 1994 Courtnall Linden Neely Sakic Larionov Bure Gelinas Ronning Adams Momesso Craven Odjick = Cup Larionov wasn't re-signed because the Russian Hockey Federation supposedly wanted a cut. In 1994 in his first season with San Jose he was in beast mode 56 points in 60 games and 18 points in 14 playoff games. Sakic in 93-94 had 92 points in 84 games with Quebec. Imagine Sakic learning under Larionov???? Better still if we had drafted Sakic, we could have skipped drafting Nedved and drafted Darryl Sydor instead. Adding a rock solid D-man to our team meaning we wouldn't have had to trade for Jeff Brown, which might have meant McLean would have had a better career and... Ok I'll stop now. Hindsight is 20/20. We Are All Cucks
Garth Snow. Gees. One minute the GM builds the team around him, then before you know it, HE builds the team around himself. Genius.
