smokes
I was reading the forums a bit and noticed a lot of CDC members being disappointed about the Canucks not drafting a player from BC. So just got me thinking if a team was constructed of only active BC born players, what would it look like. Unfortunately I am not very informed who is and is not born in bc but my list so far is . many blanks to fill sorry. Milan Lucic -Ryan Nugent-Hopkins- Jamie Benn Evander Kane- Shawn Horcroff - Troy Brouwer Andrew Ladd-Kyle Turris -Brandon Yip Aaron Volpatti - Brendan Morrison - Chuck Kobesew Shae Weber - Dan Hamhuis Brent Seabrook - Barrett Jackman Cody Franson - Willie Mitchell Carey Price Labarbera Not Stanley cup material but not bad. gmen81
I made a thread a few months ago putting together the best players from each province. I'll see if I can find it and compare it to your team. Edit: That was easy.
Grape
I don't like Brandon Yip on the third line, but solid defence
Kruger
Lineup is good, but I would substitute Brett Connoly for Yip and Colin Fraser for Volpatti. Also think a pair of Jason Garrison and Josh Georges will be solid as well.

Captain Aerosex
Milan Lucic - Ryan Nugent-Hopkins - Jamie Benn Evander Kane - Kyle Turris - Andrew Ladd Brendan Morrison - Shawn Horcoff - Troy Brouwer Jerred Smithson - Colin Fraser - Chuck Kobasew Dan Hamhuis - Shea Weber Duncan Keith - Brent Seabrook Willie Mitchell - Jason Garrison (Josh Gorges, Eric Brewer, Barrett Jackman, Karl Alzner, Cody Franson, Scott Hannan) Carey Price Jason Labarbera Not the greatest forward line-up at all...the centres either lack lots of skill or lack lots of size and there is no star power there, but the top 4 wingers are all premier young power forwards which is sweet. But the defence...my god that's beautiful. Deep as all hell, versatile, and tough. Labarbera isn't the best back-up in the world, but Carey Price is the best young goalie in the game, IMO. Overall, it's one tough as nails, shutdown line-up. Obviously they'd build their game around Carey Price and their freaking tremendous blue line. It'd be very physical and defensive. The real question is, how would they fare in a battle of the provinces?
