Mustapha
LOL @ people comparing a Hajj Stampede to Black Friday. On Black Friday, people didn't die in vain. They had a chance to buy a 32 inch off brand TV for half price, or an XBOX 360 for $129. These are real, tangible things. A coke slurpee machine for $20, tickle me Elmo...truly a list of wondrous gifts for reasonable prices! In a Hajj stampede people are literally crushing each other while trying to worship a god of which there is no evidence of existence. An abstract concept which provided no physical benefit. Compare the two and ask yourselves: Which one of these scenarios is more ridiculous?

thema
This event had about as much to do with the "evils" of Islam as the stampede at that Who concert in Cincinati way back when had to do with the "evils" of rock and roll. Not that this stopped the resident racists on this board to emerge in full force...

Especially racism against Christians, or racism against opposing teams, etc.

Islam is an ideology, not a race.
