Just wait until next year, when Rodin puts up 80 points on Horvats wing and leads the nucks to a game 7 of a Stanley cup final.....Where they lose to the Florida panthers riding a red hot Luongo

Next up for our Scottish Sestito > AGM in Nashville!

The RL Habs are managed terribly. They've put Galchenyuk in a position to fail. I hope he gets dealt to a team that actually wants him. This kid is packed full of talent and it's going to waste.

Let me start off by saying thank you to all the members of the buffalo team and especially @Sygvard for making this a seamless trade where both teams can get what they want. Not only did they make it easy but they went way out of their way to make me feel welcome and try and make sense of this new system and of all the madness that the last gm left behind here. I can honestly say i havent really learned the point system properly yet, and that will take some time, but this trade is a step in the right direction to working together with other GMs on trades that benefit both teams. We valued Stanley highly and think that he will be a strong, menacing presence on the blue line for years to come and think he will do well with the Buffalo organization. We also look forward to seeing Jordan grow into the player we think he can become and look forward to the talent that we should be able to find in the 2nd round to further build this team into something great again.

The Washington Capitals would like to thank @Mr.Miyagi for the pleasant negotiations as always. We wish John and David all the best in Dallas as they join a team in hot pursuit of a Stanley Cup.

Max Domi was someone that we've had our eye on for quite a while and the main reason why we felt we could work out a deal. He plays an up-tempo style of hockey, has done well on a team that hasn't had a lot of support in Arizona, and is someone we consider to be the heart and soul of that team.

Lawson Crouse was also someone that we felt would be a great fit on our team. He has been a fantastic physical presence so far, and while the points haven't piled up yet we expect him to be a solid middle 6 forward for years to come.

Henrik Zetterberg is a great veteran on a solid playoff team (@Drewismyname). We were fortunate enough to have lots of cap space to take on Z's contract and help Miyags out in this area. We expect him to be a solid veteran presence in the locker room and is someone that all our youth can look up to and use as a role model.

The 2018 Vancouver 1st while being a later 1st is also something that will help us strengthen our youth.

We'd like to thank @Master Mind for processing the trade as always!

Can the whole Pacific division make the playoffs? Highly unlikely but the division is freaking loaded and anyone can come out of the division and make the division winner make a run for their money. It's anyone's game the way things are going. Los Angeles are starting to close the gap. Hornqvist with a pair of PP points in his season debut, Fowler recording his 1st apple of the year, Kuraly got his 1st point of the year which came in a losing cause but nevertheless it should help him garner more ice time, Dzingel notched his 1st goal and came against our Canucks:(, and Quick continues his torrid start to the year keeping the in real life Kings in last night's affair and salvaging a point. Getting a body or two back will certainly help out on our end.
