Baggins Posted March 31, 2022 Share Posted March 31, 2022 Not only does he need to wait until players seasons are over, those players actually have to want to sign here rather than someplace else. Wanting to sign these players and actually getting them signed are two very different things. It's not like you can simply out bid other teams as the ELC maximum still applies. We missed. And now that’s one less guy in our system. Not too worried about him, @Alflives, I think he still needs to work on his skating before he turns pro, one more year won't hurt him. We're going to sign Karlsson when his season is finished, and I'm sure that they are going to talk to Jasek about coming back as well, maybe Utunen as well. Still really early, a lot of these guys are still deciding what they want to do, and there's a lot of teams bidding for the completely free agents.
