The league is bleeding money.  If the Lightening can’t win playing shorthanded, they have no shot.  Rags will get the same cheating from the league as the Leafs are getting.  The league needs the revenue.

League would get more gambling revenue if the refs were honest.  At some point, the league is going to get sued for the match-fixing.  It's in their best interest to fix the officiating problem and fire all of the crooked refs.

It’s about the league needing money.  Leafs make the league way more money than Tampa.  This series will be full of cheating to favour the Leafs.

Then explain why they allowed Sutherland and Lee to openly rig our series against San Jose.  The league simply doesn't care whether or not their refs conduct themselves like professionals, and it shows.  An enforcer needs to take matters into his own hands if the league refuses to clean up this mess.

Batman is old school.  He sees gate revenue and TV revenue as key.  That’s why the Leafs will play the Rags in the Eastern Final.  Betmsn will make sure of it.

Tampa has had 5 extra minutes of PP time, sure, pretty weak calls but it’s been fair, Tampa just sucks tonight and they have only themselves to blame. They need to regroup, have a good third and start playing playof hockey next game.
