I’ve read earlier that Yzerman is looking at Parayko and/or Weegar for their right side, but already has 3 LD that can also play out right side until end of season. There’s definitely a succession plan after dealing Hronek but I think it’s based on what happens in the marketplace. some ppl also throwing around the idea that he may be able to cut classic Yzerman and fleece SJ for Karlsson, although that’d be quite the surprise. We might retain a bit but we could get a nice 2nd round pick back and maybe a D prospect.
