I think we make the playoffs handily with Petey, Miller, O'Reilly as our centre punch, and could very well make some noise.

A thought I had today is what about Garland to Winnipeg in a soft deal, meaning nothing.

 

They just lost more offense in Wheeler, and Garly's term could be a benefit given they struggle to attract free agents.

I agree. It’s the $ and term I’m worried about. So Defence and third line center are the only positions I want to see any kind of term

Garland is likely going to be dealt to a team that misses out on the cream of the free agent crop.

Sure but the Canucks aren't going to get a return. He's been a free asset for awhile now & nothing has happened so..

 

My thought was just that the recent events in Winnipeg maybe open a door for this.
