I just meant I have been sober for over 22 years, giving up alcohol and cigarettes was the best things I ever did for my health.

 

I was forced to give up the pot to see my son, while I am glad I have given up smoking, damage to my lungs is pretty full on, I miss the pot.

I was deadly serious when I stated that it helped with my anxiety.

The shit I am now required to be on, I believe it doesn't help much at all. 

Severe anxiety is debilitating brother, some days are so $ucked up.

I know brother. We’ve had many chats. 
 

I would suggest anti-anxiety yoga tai-chi and other physical outlets to bring down the brain chemical levels that get your state of mind in that ‘state’.

Also, we can move the next game into the Adults Table for Unmoderated talk and for Unmoderated Game scenarios. 
 

It may add a spicier dynamic than we’ve ever had in the Main Canucks Board.
