    You know how when you hang from a bar with your arms, it helps to stretch you back? Well, it seems at a certain weight and/or age, it feels more like your arms are being pulled out of their sockets!

      i’m sure we will all experience that when we get to your age. as a doctor once told me, when i told him that every time i move my  head in a certain way i get dizzy, his reply was don’t do that anymore. cheers lad.
