The league will be receiving a call from Hodgson's dad sometime soon.

"Hodgson deserves #1 position!"

What is wrong with you?

I think I need a better prescription.

Why do you ask? Something wrong with you? Care to share?

Trading Hodgson will go down as one of the biggest mistakes in the history of the Vancouver Canucks franchise. We all know why he was traded and that relationships were tarnished. His dad didn't help matters either. But I still feel there could have been another way. I hope I'm wrong on this. I hope Kassian doesn't flop like a dead fish.

there is no way the hodgson trade takes over the neely trade as biggest mistake

Kassian will flourish here. He will be fine. A rare commodity.

Nothing will come close to trading away Cam Neely. Hodgson being dealt for Kassian isn't even in the same zipcode.

I expect a big season from Jordan Eberle, although I dislike the Oilers.

I'm going to go with John Tavares. He's had a few great seasons, but he could easily lead the scoring race this year.

:bigblush:
at least they gave him the #2, wouldn't want him demanding to leave the league if he got anything less than that (#3 would've killed his dad most likely)

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Jesus LOVES YOU!
2012, meet Matthew 24:36-47!

14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

You instantly lose all credibility here.

Buddy I called this EXACT situtation on here two years ago and was flamed, so I guess I have a bit of hockey knowledge, not to mention the 4 years I played in the OHL idiot.

The conspiracy theories that used to be against Lateralus:

Sorry, but I strongly doubt Hodgson is going to be anywhere near as good as Neely, and Kassian will be much better than what we got in return in the Neely trade.
We might not have won the deal, but it was not a mistake.

Silfverberg I think is going to really impress this year playing top 6 minutes on a pretty good offensive team.

They probably crapped all over his confidence putting him in the role they did. He evidently was not ready for the NHL and it showed. He was a physical force, that's about it. Then again anyone can do that if you can't do much else.
