Semin - Backstrom - Havlat Neal - E.Staal - Grabner Raymond - Helm - Hansen Petrell - McDonald - Dvorak Markov - Ehrhoff Ekman-Larsson - Yandle Orlov - Sbisa Thomas Nabokov I was thinking of selling Thomas and picking up a better 2nd line RW??? Or a top 2 defenseman. I downgraded Visnovsky to Orlov, because I don't need an undersized OFD for the bottom pairing. Nabokov does the job for me. You lose this trade by a little bit just because Salo will probably get hurt and leave you with a hole in your lineup. You also only shed ~700k of cap. UMB Posted November 19, 2012 Share Posted November 19, 2012 I'm going to try and earn the last 10 or so achievements in NHL 13 which are found in Be a Pro...started a Be a Pro on rookie difficulty (I can beat Superstars but for the purpose of getting the achievements I'm putting it on rookie) 4 games in and I've got 10 goals and 9 assists on the third line with the Giants...+12.....lead the league in G, A, PTS, +/-, Hits, Shots, Takeaways, GWG....lol. My 2nd season also took my team to the finals but with disastrous results against the Canucks. Strangely enough this was a Canucks reunion since I had Ebett, Kesler, Bieksa, and Schneider in my team. My team lost in 5 games with a series of 3-1 L, 3-2 W, 3-1 L, 4-0 L, and 7-3 L. Off season turned out to be a significant one making huge trades which including letting go of Jake Gardiner, Dennis Sidenberg Cory Schnieder, David Bolland, Travis Zajac, and Simone Gange. In their place I signed an entry level goalie called Viktor Kokman (overall 88 age 22 ha ha!), signed Malkin, Mike Ribero, and got Evander Kane. So my line up looks like this ... Evander Kane - Evgeni Malkin - Phil Kessel Joe Pavelski - Ryan Kesler - Taylor Hall Jeoff Lupul - Mike Ribero - Blake Wheeler ? - ? - Alexander Radulov Dion Phaneuf - Kevin Bieksa Ryan Murray - Luke Shenn Brat Stuart - Shane O'Brien Viktor Kokman ? Bought for 13k Sold Backstrom for 8k. Bought for 6k Sold Neal for 7k. Bought for 4.5k Sold Visnovsky at 2.4k. Bought for 1.5k I'm at 62k and looking to sell E.Staal (20-30k, bought for 15k) Thomas (10-12k, bought for 9k) and Ehrhoff and Yandle for 6k (bought for around the same price.) and Grabner for 6k (bought for 4k) BUT.. I sent 2BC Superb a trade offer for Hossa... Eric Staal + Yandle + Dumba + 2.5k pucks. Only players I kept is my sweet third line of Raymond-Helm-Hansen.
